Familiarity with safe and proper exercise technique is stressed while a program is formulated. Denise will test and assess your current condition and design a training program to accommodate you. Basic nutritional guidance will be offered. Personal goals, both short and long term, will be set.  Your training sessions will methodically work towards your goals in a prudent, efficient manner. Sport Specific Training
Denise is a sports specialist.  Having played numerous competitive sports throughout her athletic career and with a thorough understanding of the biomechanics behind many sports, She can train you to better perform at your sport or get you started with the sport you've always yearned to play.  If Denise does not know the sport you want to learn, she will find a competent instructor for you.

Advanced Fitness Regimen Programming  
If you are looking to start an advanced complete health and fitness program to use on your own, a consultation may be scheduled to map out an extreme fitness regimen and healthy eating strategy. By assessing your desired goals and the time you have to invest in obtaining those goals, a comprehensive fitness and eating strategy will be formulated. This type of programming will benefit those who have reached a plateau.

Metabolic Blood Typing
Metabolic Typing is about finding out the best 'fuel mixture' for your body. A common analogy used, in Metabolic Typing is that of a car engine.  As you know, there are many different types of fuel; unleaded, lead replacement and high octane petrol. For your car to run at its best in terms of efficiency, smoothness, power and reliability, you need to ensure that you fill up with the right grade of gas. The same principles apply to your body. A Metabolic Typing Analysis  measures a number of your body's regulatory control systems, known as 'Fundamental Homeostatic Controls. PNF Stretching
PNF stretching is currently the fastest and most effective way known to increase static-passive flexibility. PNF is an acronym for proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. PNF stretching employs the use of a certified, experienced trainer like Denise to provide resistance against the isometric contraction and then later to passively take the joint through its increased range of motion. 
Most PNF stretching techniques employ isometric agonist contraction/relaxation where the stretched muscles are contracted isometrically and then relaxed. This technique will drastically improve joint laxity, performance in any activity, form and technique when resistance training, and posture.

Suspension Training  
All-Body Workouts in a Single Station. Suspension Training integrates every aspect of functional conditioning into a single station. Whether for sport-specific training, routine conditioning, or physical rehabilitation, this type of training enables hundreds of exercises and progressions for every body part using nothing but the exerciser’s own body weight to generate resistance. Suspension training affects all floor based exercises where the majority of the body's weight is transferred to the hands or feet suspended in the system increasing resistance and forcing the exerciser to fight gravitational forces.

Plyometric training
Plyometrics involve maximal muscle contractions at the highest velocity possible.  By using this type of training properly, physical performance can be improved. Research tells us that elite athletes spend less time during ground contact, yet they impart the same amount or more power into the ground than less skilled athletes.  The true purpose of plyometric training is to decrease the ground contact time of an athlete while sprinting, jumping, or kicking. Before ever starting a plyometric program, you must assess your previous training experience, age, physical maturity, conditioning, flexibility and strength.  

Weekend Warrior Boot Camps   
Boot Camp is a results-driven 1 or 2 day conditioning program that runs exclusively on the weekends. It is conducted in an outdoor environment, utilizing a military-style format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness. Workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with log drills, weights, suspension straps, and body weight. Denise will expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, “sugar cookie” relays, group challenges, kickboxing drills, plyometric drills, obstacle courses, grass drills, and resistance band work.

Bridal Boot Camps   
The ULTIMATE workout to look your best for your wedding... Bridal Boot Camp is a 6 week fitness program with high intensity, heart pumping workouts which include; cardio endurance, strength, agility, balance and flexibility. You are guaranteed to be pushed at all times. You will build a great camaraderie with your bridal boot camp peers and you will learn to work as a team and help each other through each drill.
